Giving you a little more insight into the seller.
This is the official new auction home of Witt Percussion. Since 2004 we have been making all of our own drum shells with the focus being on natural beauty and sound. We don't make fads or gimmicks, just the best of classic drum construction. Every shell is individually handmade, to ensure the fattest, most tonal, character laden and resonant tone possible. Some of our drums may look similar to each other, but we can guarantee that your drum or shell.will be a totally unique creation all on its own. We make solid shell steambent drums and shells, and sell full kits, snare drums and bare shells. All of our wood is responsibly harvested, we stick to mostly domestic sustainable species and almost none of our wood comes from large forestry operations. In fact a lot of it comes from the amish and the counties of ohio where they live.
Most items will ship in 3-5 business days, on domestic items we generally fed ex home delivery or ground. On international orders we will only use shipping methods that detailed tracking is provided with. we want to be certain that you get the item you have purchased. No exceptions are made on international shipping for this reason, and we will always claim the amount that was paid on any customs receipt, being dishonest of these figures can lead to delays, returns or confiscations by customs, for this reason it is a practice we do not do.
Returns are only accepted in the case of a defective product. Exchanges may be made for items of equal or lesser value and return shipping is to be paid by the buyer. All packages are sent fully insured so we will work diligently with the shipper, and the buyer to get the insurance funds returned to buyer. In our nearing ten years in business and shipping almost 1000 items, we have had less than 10 damaged items in our history.
