Lingerie and Swimwear Returns:
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, unfortunately I am not able to provide returns or exchanges, all sales are final. If however, the merchandise you have purchased is defective I will honor a 14 day guarantee and provide a replacement, or a full refund. All defective items must have complete packaging, all original tags attached. Items returned without original packaging will not be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 14 day return period.
TUSCANY LEATHER products return policy:
Due to the international nature of this purchase and the costs associated therein, I do not accept returns or exchanges. In lieu of a return system, the manufacturer has provided a full 12-month warranty for all of their Leather Products.
Fragrance Return Policy:
In order to return merchandise, an RMA number must be obtained by contacting me through my WebStore.
Unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items) may be returned in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 14 days of receipt. A refund will be issued less any shipping charges.
Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if:
Merchandise is returned without an RMA number
Merchandise is not returned in its original, manufacturers condition
Shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded.
No refunds or exchanges will be given on Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items due to health reasons.
All Lingerie Items are shipped in Discreet Packaging
I also provide my customers with discreet billing and discreet shipping on every order. To protect your privacy your credit card will only show LML Products, in relation to any purchase you make in my store and will NOT ever note a purchase as being from All Things Sensual. Also, all items are sent in plain boxes with discreet labeling (which also does not include the name of my store) so there is no indication of the nature of the products being shipped. Your postal carrier or neighbors will not have any way of knowing!
