Im Ron. Im not in the photo. The photo is of Lori who is my wife and the artist of the family. I know that strictly speaking this is supposed to be All About Me, but I think its better if it is All About Us instead.  I am the computer feller. I have a growing number of pre loved books which Im listing on ebid. Lori is the creative one who has the passsion & spark to create ever more exciting paintings.We have been married for a very short time, not quite 30 years, and it just gets better all the time.

Lori was born in country Victoria, Australia, and has always had a love affair with paint, art & mixed media.

Her mother always encouraged her from an early age with her artwork, hanging the odd masterpiece on the kitchen wall for all to admire.

Lori has had many commissions with her art in the medium of pastels, mainly portraits, loving the challenge of being able to take a blank canvas and bring it to life.

Lately she has turned to acrylics as her weapon of choice, loving the colours and how one can build up texture using different meddiums & inclusions.

Having lived in various countries overseas, has given her a love of the bright vibrant colours of South America and also the Pacific Islands where she spent much time.

Lori works out of her studio in sunny sub-tropical Queensland, where she is currently working and exploring techniques in streetscapes from photos she has taken around Australia, capturing the colour and life of suburban & rural scenes.

We are excited that Lori's art will be available on ebid in the near future. We are working on a new store for her and I hope you will love her art as much as I do!!!! (but then Im biased, hey!!)
