    We ship your items within 24 hrs. after pmt. We ship flat rate for others, all shippments can take 7-14 working days for delivery. Please note special order jewelry can take 14-30 days to get to you. Once processed we will email you with a tracking number and expected date of delivery. We will track you shippment daily and contact you if any problems arise. We ship via UPS GROUND or USPS, to the lower 48 states, if you need to ship elseware please contact us before purchase.

     In the event your item arrives to your door damaged, please contact us within seven days after delivery for return instructions and a RA#. All returned items must be returned in original boxes with all papers inclosed. Sorry no just because returns unless we made a listing boo boo.
