My name is Mick and I live in Burton on Trent. I have been selling on other Auction sites for around 6 years (check out my feedback on eBay, username jumiclads) and have decided to give Ebid a try because of  the rising fees on eBay making it hard for us small sellers.

All my auctions are Brand New quality items that I would be happy buying myself. If they were not they would be in the bin. I hope you can see this from the photographs which I allways try to show everything as clear as possible.

The Ladies Clothing items are brand new end of line catalogue stock (not catalogue returns)
from either the Grattan, Freemans, Kaleidoscope or Montage Catalogues.

All craft items are brand new and come direct from the manufacturer on a regular basis ensuring the freshest products are always available.

Returns Policy
Returns are always accepted for any reason just contact me first to see if we can sort out the problem then if not as long as they are returned in their original packaging and with all labels and tags attached I will refund the cost of the item in full, but buyer is responsible for all postage costs (unless it was a listing error).

Postage & Insurance
All items are weighed individualy to get the best postage price and are sent out second class in the UK and usually get there as quick as 1st class so why waste the extra money on postage. All international parcels are sent Royal Mail Air Mail. All parcels are insured for a maximum of £41 per parcel included free by the post office.
