We are a small family and friends oriented business located in the heart of ladybug country. We have freshly harvested ladybugs available all year. We have been selling ladybugs on-line for 10 years and we have developed shipping methods that have pretty much eliminated any DOA bugs. Ladybugs are shipped by USPS first class mail unless otherwise noted as free prioritymail shipping.We ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, We do not ship on Saturday or the day before a holiday, or a holiday because USPS will not accept live animal shipments on those days. Most orders are processed and shipped the first shipping day after payment is received. Wev guarantee live delivery unless the tracking on the package shows delivered to a mailbox. It is the buyers responsibility to have someone available to receive the package when delivered. WE only ship to the address provided to us by pay pal, it is the customers responsibility to be sure that all information is up to date.
