My Grandmother-Granny Alice eBid Stores Granny Alices Vintage Goodies 25 auctions

The picture above is my grandmother-Granny Alice.  She grew up in the 1920s and was a flapper (I call her one of the original hippies!).  She had a butterfly tattoo; she and her sisters all went down one day and got these tattoos-they were not as fancy and colorful as the ones we see today, but again-she was way ahead of her time.

I have always wanted to retire and own a little antique/collectible store.  Well, I am not really ready to retire (financially or otherwise!) but this seemed like a great place to start that little antique/collectible store.

I really have more collectibles than antiques, although every once in a while I come across a really good, old find!  I have lots of Haviland and other china collectibles, some old glass, some old books, some old jewelry, a little bit of Fiesta ware.  I haven't posted everything yet but am on my way.  Many of the goodies I sell through this store came from my grandmother and other family members; others I have gotten through my own travels, and still others through estate sales that I love to explore!  I have kept those things that are important to me and offer things to you that may become important to your family.

I have named this store (and dedicated it) to my grandmother.  She was a free spirit when women were expected to have specific, narrow, boring roles.  She has always inspired me and I hope, with my stores at ebid, I can live up to that free spirit

  I will work with you to ensure your buying experience is a positive and pleasant one here.  If you feel you must return an item to me, here is the return policy:

1. I will refund only the purchase price on the item; you are responsible for shipping, insurance and delivery confirmation in both directions;
2. I must receive the item prior to any refund;
3. The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt in the same condition it left me
