WELCOME -- For inquiries about items, send a message through the eBid system. If an emergency prevents me from processing orders right away, I will notify you.
SALES AND PAYMENT. Sales to USA only within mainland 48 states. PayPal, checks, and money/postal orders accepted for mailed packages. When a check is used for payment, the item is mailed after check has had time to clear after bank deposit. For local pickup, cash only is accepted. Payment is due at the time of a purchase. Please let me know if you need more time to pay. If I do not hear from the buyer, I must make a non-paying buyer report to get back the fee paid to eBid for the sale.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items are sold "as is." I try to provide good photographs and descriptions of the items. If there is a return of an item for a valid reason, all mailing costs are nonrefundable. Item must be received back within 14 days of your receipt of item and be in the same condition as it was when sent by me.
BILLING AND MAILING PROCEDURES. At the end of each auction, eBid sends an invoice. After you pay for the item, I will send you a message to let you know I received the payment. The item will be shipped within five business days after receiving your cleared payment. After the item is mailed, I will send you a message and mark it as mailed on the listing.
COMBINED SHIPPING. I will combine purchases even if auctions end at different times. When two or more purchases are combined, I will send you an invoice with the charge for combined shipping. The eBid invoice system does not combine auctions for me, so do not pay until you receive my invoice. Books can only be combined with items that can be mailed by Media Mail. Calendars and magazines are not classified as Media Mail by the post office.
SHIPPING WITH USPS ONLY and SHIPPING TIME. All packages are sent with the U.S. post office. Packages are mailed by Priority Mail, Parcel Post, Media Mail (Bookrate), or First Class Mail (13 oz and below). Priority Mail and First Class Mail take approximately three to seven days for delivery. Parcel Post and Media Mail usually take approximately five to ten days for delivery. Delivery time could vary because of holidays or problems in the mail system. If the item does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, please contact me.
FEEDBACK. After you receive the item, please leave feedback or send me a message to let me know the package arrived. I like to know that a buyer received the item and is pleased with it. If you do not like doing feedbacks, an e-mail would be appreciated.
ABOUT OUR AUCTIONS. We will be listing many types of items from our homes such as collectibles, clothing, jewelry, books, magazines, computer items, decorator items, and kitchen items. In the art category, we will list books, magazines, collage supplies, original artworks, and photographs. We have five eBid stores --- Books, art, photography, jewelry, and a general store. MY PAST ONLINE SALES/AUCTIONS. Since the year 2000, I have bought and sold on three auction sites. I have a feedback of over 200 on eBay. I have a feedback of over 90 on the Listia site. I had a feedback of 72 with the y*h** auction site which is no longer in business. (Every time I type the word y*h** it is erased.) I use the ID of edgejoy everywhere on the web. There is another person using this ID on a dot info site.
