Store Policies ~ Payment, Shipping, Refunds

ITEMS OFFERED: 

--  We try to describe each item offered as well as possible so you can bid/buy with confidence.  If you have any questions please contact us before bidding / buying.

PAYMENT

--  Please pay within 2 days of purchase.
--  If buying different items that we offer please notify us via email and we will send a combined invoice with reduced shipping & handling costs whenever possible.  

SHIPPING & HANDLING

--  We pack items carefully so you receive them in the same great shape they were in before shipment.  
--  We ship within three business days of receiving cleared payment (often the next day).
--  Shipping tracking number provided when the Buyer pays for Tracking at the time of payment.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

--  Each sale is important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you purchase please let us know within 3 days after receiving the item(s) so the situation can be corrected promptly and professionally. 
--  Returns / Exchanges are accepted UNLESS the listing clearly states otherwise. 
--  You may return or exchange your purchase for the selling price of the item ONLY if the item is returned in the same saleable condition as when it was sent to you.  Shipping & Handling amount is not refunded. 
--  If an item you receive from us is significantly different than its listing description, we will refund the purchase price and shipping & handling charges, and reimburse you for the cost of returning the item to us. 
--  If your item(s) gets damaged during transit please notify me via email.  To receive a refund you will need to return the item to your local carrier, otherwise the insurance is invalidated. 
--  All returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt.  Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed.
