If you are not happy with your purchase please return your purchase within 14 days of receipt and I will refund your original payment (including original P&P). Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returns Terms & Conditions:
1) All items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging
2) You must contact me for a Returns Number before returning the item(s)
3) Please obtain, and keep, a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office - this will ensure you can make a claim for the loss of your parcel if for any reason I do not receive it.
4) I will refund you when I receive your returned items.

Overseas Customers (outside EU)
You are responsible for customs/import duties applicable in the country of import where necessary.
I will add a customs sticker to the front of the parcel which will show details and value of the contents.

Your parcel arrives damaged
Should your parcel arrive damaged please take a digital photo if possible. Please keep all packaging and the contents, and contact me via eBay messaging system straight away, thank you.
Your parcel does not arrive
The vast majority of items arrive safely, however there are occaions when a parcel does not arrive at its destination.
I am unable to claim compensation from Royal Mail for items which do not arrive until:
15 working days (UK)
20 working days (Europe)
25 working days (Rest of the World)
after they have been posted
Please do inform me if your package does not arrive however also please bear in mind that I will be unable take action until the number of days (above) after the package was posted. After that time I will happily refund or replace the item(s) and send a claim to Royal Mail. You may hear from Royal Mail during their investigation process.
