Blessed 2 Be Home (B2BH) is a virtual company that contracts with small businesses and individuals that outsource projects for their business needs. Those projects may include but not limited to: Desktop Publishing, Data Entry, Word Processing, Resume Writing, Direct Mail Services, Email Customer Services, Other Secretarial tasks, and Staffing & Telecommute Job Locating Services. Majority of our business is conducted online so that businesses and individuals can receive projects promptly electronically and out of state businesses and individuals can be serviced. However, delivery options are available to local clients. In 2008, Blessed 2 Be Home decided to expand its services and market by opening a gift store. We have partnered with a 60 year old company and a 20 year old company that supplies us with our unique top selling gifts. SPECIALTY PRODUCT LINE

Our Specialty Product line items are BRAND NEW. They will arrive from our warehouse in its original box. We GUARANTEE our product to be as described.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know! We take great pride in our customers' satisfaction.

This item is insured. If this item arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it. Please send us an email with a description of the issue. In order to process the claim, a digtal photograph may be required. We will send you a return-label so that the item can be returned to us for replacement. We must be notified within 3 days after you've received them item.

RETURN POLICY:
We must be notified in advance about returning any items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the item. Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded. Non-defective items must be returned with their original packaging to avoid the 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refunded. Refunds are issued after the item is examined.

All Premier Product line items are BRAND NEW unless otherwise stated in the description. All sales are final!

All merchandise is guaranteed for 30 DAYS from original date of purchase. Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty. We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 30 day warranty period.

RETURN POLICY:
We must be notified in advance about returning any of our Premier Product line items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Returns must be made within 30 days of the original date of purchase. After 30 days, items with manufacturer warranties, must be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their policies and instructions. Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired. Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received. A 15% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns if a Company Credit is requested (Sorry No Cash Refunds). The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate "return shipping address". Please allow 1-3 weeks for processing. Shipping fees are not refunded. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees. Refunds are issued after the item is examined.

REGARDING FEEDBACK:
Blessed 2 Be Home is new to the eBid community, but has been selling on other sites like eBay, Lutlot, Amazon, and other like communities. Our warehouse policy for our Specialty Product line is as follows: Items shipped Ground according to chart below (7-14 business days) or $22.50 for DHL Rush for items under $90; Items more than $90 will be shipped DHL Rush for 25% of merchandise total.

GROUND SHIPPING RATES

Our warehouse policy for our Premier Product line is as follows: The amount for shipping depends upon the item being sold (weight, size, dimension). Ground Shipping typically takes 1-7 business days depending upon location. Expedited Shipping is as selected such as 2nd day. All shipping costs are flat rates depending upon the item being shipped.
