All my items are new, unless stated in the description. The colours are described as accurately as possible and cannot always be guaranteed to look the same on your computer monitor as that shown in my listings.
Terms of Delivery
I post same/next day if payment has been cleared by 2pm on Mon - Fri (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).
I use Royal Mail first and/or second class post as well as signed for delivery which will be specifically stated in each listing.
I only post to UK mainland (with a few postcode exceptions due to their location - see each listing for details).
Payment
I accept Paypal, Cheques or crossed Postal Orders. If paying by Cheque or Postal Order (please make it payable to P. Tanner), upon notification and receipt of the same, I will then email you to advise you when your item will be despatched.
Refunds
A full refund, after 7 days, is offered if you are unhappy with anything that you have purchased. In the first instance, please contact me so that we can resolve any problems amicably, and if a refund is required, please wait for your return prepaid envelope, and, upon receipt of the same, unused/unworn or faulty, I will make a full refund the same way that the item was paid for. Your statutory rights are not affected.
