TRACKING: Shall receive tracking or delivery confirmation information within 2 - 3 business days after shipment.
Car and Golf Cart Seats: DHL, Only within the United States. Delivery time is 8 - 16 days.

UPS (Items that ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam will ship via UPS when possible, otherwise they will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Other locations in USA will be UPS!)

Pet Clothes, Boots/Shoes and Furniture:
For merchandise that has any parts missing, erroneous and/or damaged, we REQUIRE that the you contact us within 48 HOURS from the date of receipt of the purchase. Otherwise, NO credits can be issued on these items. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we may provide you with a mailing label to ship back the incorrect/defective part to us. The replacement will only be sent once the erroneous or defective item has been received and confirmed by us.
Due to the unsalable nature of used clothing, boots/shoes and furniture, ALL returns must be made within five (5) days of the delivery of merchandise from FedEx/USPS.
Return Authorization will be required so please contact us within 5 days of delivery date to receive an RMA number prior to returning the product. Failure to ship items within two (2) business days of receiving RMA, will result in a non-refundable transaction.

A 25% restocking fee shall be charged for items determined by us to be eligible for a refund or credit. Please note that if you wish to exchange for a different size, then please contact us for further instructions.
Shipping charges for Federal Express and United States Postal Service are not refundable. Shipping charges for exchanges of a different size, color or etc must be paid by buyer: shipping charges to return original item(s) to be exchanged and shipping charges to buyer for replacement(s).
Non-defective correct sized merchandise must be in original purchase condition with the original packaging intact, and include the original receipt/invoice/packing slip (make a copy for your own records). Refund or credit will be issued upon acceptance and inspection of returned merchandise.
ALL OTHER ITEMS: 
If you are dissatisfied with product for any reason, you may return it within thirty (30) days for a full refund of the purchase price.
Shipping charges for DHL, UPS Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and United States Postal Service are not refundable.
Items displaying excessive wear are not eligible for a refund.

There are no restocking fees.
Returns must be new and in unused condition and packed in the original manufacturers packaging.
Returns must include ALL components of the original manufacturer’s package.
Returns must include the original invoice so we can properly and quickly refund your money.
Re-pack your return (in the original carton and/or packaging) and send it to the proper address we provide you.
For your protection we suggest you ship your package prepaid
and insured.
Items displaying wear are not eligible for a refund.
Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will issue a credit to the
account in which initial payment was made.
