If you win/buy multiple items and find the shipping on your Multiple Auctions Invoice is more than you want to pay, I will cancel the transaction for you without quibble.
If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, you may mail the item/s back (in the condition you received them) within 14 days of receipt for a hassle-free refund.

PAYMENT: 
Item/s will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment. Orders paid for by check/cheque will be shipped within 3 business days of the check fully clearing into my bank account. Orders paid for by PayPal (e-check and regular payments) will be shipped within 3 business days of the payment fully clearing into my account.
I accept payments in US Dollars made with MoneyOrder, Postal Order, PayPal, and cheques/checks. Electronic payments for Buy It Now purchases must be made within 3 days*; electronic payments (such as PayPal and Western Union) for auction wins must be made within 10 days of the first auction win.* Payments by paper (Money Order, Postal Order, and cheques/checks) must be received in my mail box within 10 days of purchase.*
Orders paid for by cheque/check will be held until the check fully clears.
*or the purchase will be considered not paid for, and the items relisted.
MULTIPLE AUCTION DISCOUNTS: 
I save on my costs (in time, money, insurance & tracking, and trips to the post office) when you pay for multiple auction wins/buys in 1 order, so I like to pass these savings on to you. The more you buy, the more I save -- and the more you save!

MULTIPLE AUCTIONS INVOICE: 
Email me when you have made your final win/purchase to request your invoice, or I will send you an invoice 1-3 business days after your first auction win/purchase with your Multiple Auctions Discount and reduced shipping & handling costs (see below).
SHIPPING & HANDLING: 
Item/s will be shipped via USPS Mail within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment. A $2 Handling fee is included in eBid's Shipping calculation shown on every item, but only one $2 Handling fee is charged per address shipped to. The Handling fee helps to pay for insurance and delivery tracking to each address. Multiple orders are combined into 1 box, reducing your Shipping costs.
Except for First-Class Mail International, everything is shipped with a USPS tracking code, and USPS insurance. If the USPS fails to deliver your package, we will both know it, and you will receive a full refund. (International Customers: insurance and tracking are not available with First-Class Mail International; you need to ship Priority or Express Mail if you want your item/s insured for a refund in case those packages go astray.)
I recycle shipping materials whenever possible to save you money.
International Customers: No refunds can be made for First-Class Mail International parcels that go astray as I am not able to purchase insurance or tracking for them. If you are buying something of high value, or are concerned the First-Class Mail International may go astray, I strongly urge you to select Priority Mail International or Express Mail International for your shipment method. Both of these can be fully insured.

When you purchase multiple Virtueandpraise listings at one time, you will pay reduced shipping costs because the combined shipping for all items shipped to the same address in one box is less than the total of the costs for shipping each item in a separate box (the calculation shown on each listing).
Many USPS postage rates are by the pound, not the ounce, so in those cases 3 items weighing 4 ounces will cost the same to send as 1 item weighing 5 ounces. So please be aware there is a great postage savings to you in ordering multiple items!
I always refund any excess of 25 cents or more when items cost less to ship than the USPS Shipping Calculator total on your invoice. (Usually it costs me more to ship than calculated ... but I don't charge you for the extra!)
REFUNDS: 
If you are in any way unhappy with your shipment, please contact me immediately with your details, and I will make it right. All items are 100% Happiness Guaranteed: if you are not completely delighted with your purchase, you may mail any non-personalized item/s back within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price (excludes Shipping costs). Ship back any non-personalised items (in the condition in which they were received), with postage and tracking/delivery confirmation paid for by you, and I will refund your purchase price upon receipt, no quibbles. 
***Unfortunately, no refunds can be made for items which have been personalized (i.e. messages/names have been written in/on items); only if the USPS records that the items do not arrive can a refund be made in this situation.
No refunds can be made for First-Class Mail International parcels that go astray (See why in Shipping & Handling).***
This has not yet happened to one of my packages, but just in case you are the first, Refunds for Non-Delivery will be made after the USPS confirms that the parcel has been lost in transit.
