Shipping
We do our best to ship items as soon as payment has been received, but sometimes this is not possible for us to do. The H2O2 in particular sometimes takes a little more time, due to the handling involved, and also because we order in very small batches to ensure the freshest product for you.  Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping, however most items will come much sooner than this.

Returns
Please call us for an RMA before returning the item. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in new condition. (For supplements, return unused portion in original container.) You will receive 50% of your refund in cash and 50% by means of a store voucher to be used within 90 days. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted, along with shipping and handling costs.

Damaged Shipments
We do not ship damaged products. If the product you receive is damaged:

A) Accept delivery and WRITE ON DELIVERY RECEIPT THE NUMBER of damaged boxes.

B) Keep damaged products for future inspection by shipping agent.

C) Make an appointment with the shipping company to have the damaged products inspected.

D) File a claim with the shipping company, not us, as the responsibility for delivery becomes the shipping company's when items are picked up from our warehouse. For damage discovered after deliverer has left, follow the same procedures as described above, except step A.

When purchasing H2O2, some leakage is to be expected, as this sometimes occurs during shipping with bottle expansion. If this occurs, contact us RIGHT AWAY if you would like us to consider partial credit for this.

	Q:Do you offer a money back guarantee?
	A:Products returned within 30 days will receive a refund for 50% of the amount of purchase plus a credit equal to the other 50% to be used within 90 days. This credit may be applied to the purchase of any of the products or services available through All Natural HealthWorks!
	Q:What is your return policy?
	A:-Product must be returned within 14 days of receiving. Please include receipt and reason for return. -All returned products must be in new condition. When returning supplements or other consumable items, the unused portion must be returned in the original container. -Customer pays shipping on all returned products.
	Q:What about damaged or defective items?
	A:Items must be inspected upon arrival and defective items must be reported within the first day in order for compensation/replacement to be considered. Any defective items will be repaired or replaced with no charge.  A small amount of H2O2 leakage may be expected to occur normally due to bottle expansion in shipping. This will not be replaced.  Please contact the shipper for any items damaged in shipping.
	Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
	A:Shipping time varies. Most items arrive within just a few days, but please allow 2-4 weeks.
	Q:Do you ship internationally?
	A:We are happy to ship internationally when we are able. We are prohibited from shipping H2O2 in any way other than ground, so that particular item can only be shipped within North America. Other items, such as certain supplement products, are strictly regulated in other countries, so it all depends on which product and which country it is. Just ask!
	Q:Why are the shipping and handling charges so high?
	A:Some of the items we offer require extra consideration and care when shipping due to government regulations or the nature of the product, itself, such as the H2O2. This may be reflected in the shipping and handling prices.
	Q:Do you combine shipping?
	A:Yes, we do. Items purchased separately within 30 days may be shipped together to take advantage of reduced shipping fees. We offer a 33% discount on shipping for each extra item that's added in.
	Q:Are these products approved by the FDA?
	A:You should be aware that many of the items available here are in fact NOT approved by the FDA, and that I am not a medical doctor. What we provide is access to natural health products, equipment and services which are being or have been researched, and also those which have been historically used. We do not diagnose, prevent or treat disease.
	Q:Are there precautions I should be aware of?
	A:We offer safe products which have been researched or historically used safely for many years. You should always follow the directions given for any product, and consult with a health care professional if you have any concerns or questions about a product we offer, keeping in mind that medications may be affected when applying natural means.
