A little bit about Us...

We live in Florida and currently are enjoying a sort of semi-retirement after 30+ years in manufacturing and distribution. The best thing about taking some time off so far has been spending more time with family and friends, giving us an opportunity to sort of catch up with them and their lives a bit more. 


 

Things we enjoy ...

We love to travel, visit new places and make new friends. For us our favorite place to be is in the Smoky Mountains and traveling across the Blue Ridge Parkway. Someday we'd really like to retire in that area in a small country cabin with a warm fireplace for the winters. We also enjoy reading, cooking, entertaining family and friends and are also HUGE fans of local short track racing and of course NASCAR. 


Why We're here ...

We've been active in online auction sites both as buyer and seller for several years and now that we have more free time we're hoping to build on our experiences to create more of a supplemental income and make some new friends here. Hopefully our career experiences in working with people and sales will give us the opportunity to do this here. We don't expect to be the lowest priced seller all the time but we do try hard to offer quality items at pricing we hope shoppers will find both fair and competitive. Most important though is to provide a customer service level that shoppers deserve and should expect when they spend their hard earned money. At the end of the day, it's about the customer and what they want or need. We try and live by of the first rules learned from Dad when starting a career in sales and that is "the customer always comes first".

After 30+ years in the selling business, we're still always learning and a great deal of our knowledge in sales has come by simply listening to the customer and also to peers and/or competitors. So, we hope that buyers and sellers here alike will ask questions, offer suggestions and opinions and let us know what they think about our products, shipping policies, terms and service levels.

Return Policy

All items come with a Money Back Guarantee. If your unhappy with your item for any reason you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less original shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless items arrive defective, damaged or not as described.

Returns for damaged, defective or not as described, buyers must notify me within 3 business days of receipt of shipment and provide proof of damage or defects. All returns must have an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to being return. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
