The Bug Shield By Armadillo was founded as the "Custom Fit" division of Deflecta Shield. In 2000 this Division was purchased and renamed Armadillo Shields.
In 2008 the Company sold to Rietter-Enterprises and is currently operated as "The Bug Shield by Armadillo".  Relocated from Corydon Iowa to Centerville Iowa,
