Hello and welcome to the Biggest Little Shop Online, Our Buyers have sourced the globe in an effort to bring you the very best and latest products, from Brand names that we all know and trust to the more unusual items that you are not able to find in every High Street.

We are in the process of adding many exciting New Lines in addition to the items already in our online showroom, Sign up to our newsletter if you would like to be kept informed of our new lines and also of course Special offers, I'm sure you will agree everyone loves a bargain.

We really do have a passion for retailing after many years of running our own stores here in the UK, we pride ourselves on the level of customer service that we provide and invite you to give it a try for yourselves, Oh and if there is anything you would like us to stock please ask, In fact get in touch we love to hear from you.

Delivery/Returns

All orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours of receiving cleared payment

UK Shipping

Uk Shipping - all prices quoted for shipping are for the uk mainland only. If you live in Northern Ireland, remote areas of Scotland or the Channel Islands please contact me for shipping quotes as sometimes it may be slightly more but this isnt always the case.

In the UK Items are sent Royal Mail 1st class as standard, proof of posting is always included. If you require insurance please ask us for a quote.

Europe Delivery

We Ship throughout Europe with the exception of Italy (because Parcels seem to dissapear too regularly for our liking) Overseas items are sent Royal Mail Airmail small packets if the item is under 2kg this usually takes 3 - 5 days, We can offer Surface mail this is of course, less expensive but usually takes just over 14 days, please ask us for a quote before you bid.

If you require insurance please also ask us for a quote before bidding.

Non EU countries please note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We ask that you please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Returns

If you are in any way unhappy with your item, please contact us immediately. As a business seller Biggest Little Shop Online respect all of your rights under Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) and the Sale of Goods Act (SOGA). Effectively, this means that you have the right to return anything you don't like, within 7 days, using the same or equivalent packaging and service as was used to ship it to you.

We will of course refund your payment but will usually only refund your return shipping if the item is faulty, In the first instance you must contact us to obtain the return address for this to apply. All we ask is that the goods are unused, unopened and in their original condition. On receipt of the goods, you will be refunded in full. If you have ordered from outside the UK, you should return the product back to us within 21 days of receipt. We will also file a Mutual Agreement Dispute on the site to recover our listing fees, which you will simply need to agree to.

Some products like the Jewelery items have special conditions attached to them. Please read each listing for full information.

In some instances we are able to offer a discount on combined Postage and Packing please contact us for a quote before you finalise payment.

Store Terms & Conditions

Should an item arrive damaged contact us immediately so we can replace if possible or refund your item cost. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and that is reflected by our 100% positive feedback. At times unforseen things can happen that result in less than optimal outcomes.
