In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product, simply return it within 7 days for a 100% refund. If you are unwilling to return the item, do not expect a refund!
· Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. Items must be in original condition prior to shipping.
· All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned.
· Shipping costs are non-refundable unless you receive merchandise that is materially different than described or defective in any way.
Back 9 Golf On-Line reserves the right to assess a re-stocking charge on all items sold.
International Customers
- Please check to make sure that your country allows shipments that are the length of the club. Most golf clubs ship in boxes that are 48” or 50” in length.
- You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
- Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information.
- All of our international shipments include a commercial invoice.
- All of our products ship as merchandise and the declared value for each item will be the exact price that you paid for it. We do not include the shipping charges in the value of the item.
- We cannot, under any circumstances, lower the declared value or mark the package as anything but merchandise.
