 WELCOME TO OUR ABOUT US PAGE 

Like most people who started out it was just a hobby and a way of clearing unwanted items from the loft  back in 2005  we devoloped from that small start into running our own buisness

Our Main platform was ebay where we still have a pressense then  in 2010 we took the plunge and tried our own website and other platforms including EBID


We have now been a active member on ebid since for over 5 years and sales are growing slowly but surely



Our Company includes 2 members of staff currently 

ME   Im the one with the good looks 
MY SIGNIFGENT OTHER  Looks after the packing and posting and keeps me supplied with cups of tea


WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF ADDING MORE STOCK TO OUR EBID RANGE SO ADD me to favorites and keep checking back

TERMS & CONDITIONS
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from the Barjoys Catering Supplies. However, should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to issue a full refund provided the item is returned in a fully resaleable condition.

Request for returns should be made within 14 days of purchase.

Should you wish to make a return please email details to sales .uk quoting your original order number (which will be found in the top left hand corner of your invoice and starts with the 'hash tag' (#) followed by a 9 digit code) and the reason for the return. We will then email you a Returns Authorisation (RA) code and our returns procedure.

Once the product has been safely returned, we will check that the item is in a fully resaleable condition and will issue a refund within a maximum of 5 working days. Refunds can only be made to the original card used for the purchase or via Paypal/Google, if applicable.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Standard Delivery can up to 48-72hours (3 days) - this will cost you a sum of £3.20 if your order is under £50.

Free  Delivery - you will only receive this service if your order is over £50.
(please note that we are dependant on Courier  services and therefore cannot guarantee a next day delivery).

Policy Terms : •Our returns policy is simple! If you have any problems with your order for any reason (faulty, defective or no longer wanted) you must return your goods unused in its original condition within 30 days for a replacement or refund. •If you have received a product you are not happy with please return it to our address within 30 days of receipt.
