Some Information About Diorella24

Giving you a little more insight into the seller.
Hi! I thought I'd put a brief bit about bidding on my auctions here for you. The serious stuff is below, I like this auction nonsence to be a bit light hearted, so I'm going to babble about myself a bit first. I always wonder at the faceless person you're buying from on the internet.. you know.. are they really ugly or geeky (no,no, kidding).. A bit about me, I'm your un-average "petite" blonde haired blue eyed girl who can barely remember what day of the week it is. Natural blonde, mind you!
I'm an obsessive Chanel perfume collector, I love the Rue Cambon and Les Exclusifes collections (Gardenia, Bois Des Iles, Cuir de Russie, No.22, etc). I love my music, its diverse to the point of being ridiculous, I'm just as likely to listen to Jamelia as the Foo Fighters or Idlewild. I read a heck of a lot, my author of the moment is Matthew Pearl, writer of the Dante Club and follow up The Poe Shadow. The Dante Club is one of the best things I've read in years, but now I've moved on to Umberto Eco's Foucault's Pendulum (never read The Name of the Rose). I'm vegetarian but not by choice of lifestyle - I just don't like the taste of other animals. Quite happy to wear leather and fur-lined Marc Jacobs boots though. Today I just got back from Amsterdam, dear lord do those people need a lesson in fashion, or maybe just in how to actually put clothing on. Bless them though, they're much more laid back than the English, I've only ever gotten into a slanging match with other english people there (some woman tried to throw her drink on me in the plane, nice eh... especially nice as she missed and got her husband!)

So on with the Terms and Conditions!

Before Bidding: Before bidding please read the entire description, if you have any questions, contact me at @. The majority of my items haven't been used/worn before, if they have there will be details of it.

After the auction: If you're the winner, please make contact within 3 days and arrange to make payment (see below). If you have any problems paying please just let me know, we can work something out! I'm not a cut-throat seller out to claim my pound of e-flesh, I'm always willing to talk.

Postage: Postage details will be stated on auction pages. I send low value items standard mail with certificate of posting, Special Delivery is optional, or Special Delivery for things worth £30+. If you would rather use a different service please let me know - I will send it via any courier you want, as long as it is traceable and you are willing to meet the cost! I will combine postage if you win more than one item over a 3 day period. I post items on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday only. If you need an item urgently please opt for Special Delivery and let me know, I will do my best to accommodate you.

Payment: I accept cheques and postal orders. I do not accept PayPal or online payments at the moment - I am looking in to PPPay, that will be added to my listings soon. Please arrange to send payment within 3 days. Postal orders should be crossed and made payable to myself, items will be sent on the next available posting day (see above). Cheques should be made payable to myself and reference to the item and its number should be sent too. I bank cheques on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday only, items will be sent on the next available posting day (see above) after payment has cleared. Please note building society cheques take ages to clear, so be prepared for a wait!

Damage & Loss in transit: All items are sent via a traceable method, if it does not arrive within 2 weeks of posting I will do my best to get the post office to find and deliver it. Depending on the outcome of their investigations into its whereabouts, I will see through a claim for compensation and issue it back to you - I have never done that before so please bear with me and be patient! I will always try my best for you. If an item is received damaged in the post please take some pictures and note details as soon as possible. Notify me as soon as possible, and the same as for lost items, I will see through a compensation claim. We'll take it how it comes and work together, I hope!

Returns: In accordance with distance selling regulations, I will accept returns under the following circumstances... Please notify me by email within 7 days of receipt of the item if you wish to return it, and the reasons why. I will issue you a return number which should be included with the item. Your item must be returned within 8 days of original receipt, in the same condition in which it was sent. I can not be responsible for the post office losing things, returning the item to me in its original unused/untested condition is up to you, so please send it via an insured and/or traceable method. Refunds will be issued via personal cheque within 28 days of receipt of the return. The refund ammount will constitute the original selling price of the item, excluding postage costs and return postage costs. Cosmetic, skincare and fragrance items can not be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are sealed, in which case they are subject to the same conditions as above. I will refuse items which are not returned in the manner set out above. Check the listing page if unsure, or contact me.

International: I am unable to accept international bids presently, as I can not accept online payments or foreign cheques/checks and money orders.

My promise to you is that all my items will be as stated in the listing, in the condition described. I will also do all I can to ensure you have the best experience buying, if anything goes wrong I will try and put it right. You can always talk to me if there is a problem or you are unhappy with anything. If you have any questions please let me know!

Alrighty then.. that's the serious bit over. So, I look at some sellers pages and think.. yeah, but who are you, why have you got all that stuff, and how can you sell it for that price? Since I'm predominantly a seller, I thought I'd answer my own questions for anyone interested, if that makes any sense. Who am I? Ha, you have to buy one of my items to find that out buddy.. Why have I got all this stuff? Simply, this house aint big enough for the both of us (the both of us being myself and my posessions). Currently there are 6 holdall-size bags of cosmetics and skincare living in my hall because I have nowhere else to put them. Hoarder? No, I just have a thing about only ever buying expensive products when they have a Gift With Purchase on, the end result is.. annoying the other residents of my home. Whilst they're perfectly good products, I just don't use most of them or I already have five thousand other GWP's of them.. which leads on to the last question. How do I sell things for the prices they're listed at and not go to the poor house? Answer: I'm not a pro-seller, just an enthusiastic idiot with time to spare. I don't rely on turning profits here to pay my bills (I just don't bother paying them), so if I can recoup a little of what I spent initially and send someone else off happy with a bargain, why not... Other things are listed on here because I get the odd case of buyers-remorse (usually during sales), but I feel like a prat returning things to shops.. Enough babbling! Go back to my shop and buy things! Now!
