I used to own and operate a market stall in the UK in the 90's, selling my hand crafted items and making custom orders, until my health went into a sudden decline and I couldn't operate any more. I then employed a few agents, on a commission basis, to do craft parties for me, selling items I had crafted and accepting strictly limited orders.

I moved to the USA in 2003 where I eventually started selling online on different venues with a lot of success until I found and joined eBid on 1st February 2008.

There is nothing more relaxing than crafting unique jewelry pieces. Mother nature with it's spectacular sunsets, woodland forests or sparkling brooks give me the inspiration to create. In my store I offer an assortment of items such as key ring holder plaques to hang on your wall, an assortment of premium fragrance oils and a few rubber stamps for scrap-booking. Payment Options:

• Accepted payment options are a United States Postal Service Money Order, Cashier's Check, Paypal and Cash. No other form of payment accepted.
• United States Postal Money Orders and Cashier's Checks, are to be signed plus a listing # added and to be received within 10 days after end of listing date.
• Paypal payment to be made within 5 days after end of listing date.
• International buyers to pay US$ currency through Paypal.

Shipping Information:

• I ship Monday through Friday once payment has been verified and cleared and will notify you when item has been shipped. Saturday/Sunday shipping not available.
• Shipping times can vary but usually take 2-10 working days First Class Mail excluding weekends and public holidays. I cannot guarantee 'bad weather' times.
• International shipments can take anything from 1 - 5 weeks and sometimes longer.
• Make sure that your shipping address is up-to-date (same address) both at eBid and PayPal.
• Any extra fees incurred through international customs and excise is the responsibility of the buyer so please check your country's laws regarding receiving/importing goods.

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs include a small packaging & handling charge ($0.50 - $1.50) and insurance if deemed necessary ($2.05 upwards) or Certificate of Mailing ($1.35).
• If your shipping quote is not shown, please ask before purchasing.
• I offer generous, reduced shipping rates on combined multiple purchases paid on one invoice.

Insurance:

• It is recommended that you insure your items.
• If you require added insurance (USA only) let me know and I will add it to the shipping cost.
• Some items will have insurance added to the shipping costs for USA.
• Insurance is not available for First Class International Mail.
• International shipments include insurance costs when using Registered First Class Mail International for $21.14 upwards depending on item value + usual shipping fee.

Returns Policy:

• Buyer must contact Seller within three (3) days after receipt of merchandise regarding all damages/shortages.
• Items damaged due to customer abuse or neglect will not be considered for credit or replacement.
• Original packaging is required for all returns.
• Seller will refund all costs if items are grossly misrepresented, otherwise, 'change of heart' or 'change my mind' items prices will be refunded only, less shipping/handling upon receipt of returned merchandise.

Why don't you offer free shipping?

• My shipping rates are calculated directly from USPS based on your package's weight and the distance of delivering it. I try to offer the lowest possible prices for my products and continue to lower my prices whenever I can, but rather than subsidizing the cost of the shipping within my product pricing and offering free or reduced shipping rates, I opt for a more transparent pricing system and offer generous reduced shipping rates on multiple orders purchased and paid on one invoice.

What payment methods do you accept?

• United States Postal Service Money Order, Cashier's Check, Paypal and cash.

How much time do I have to pay?

• You have up to 7 days to make an online payment and up to 14 days if you are sending payment through the mail.

I don't know you so I'm a bit wary of sending you payment through the mail. What assurances do I have that you'll receive my payment and honor it?

• I cannot guarantee that I'll receive your payment in the mail. We have to trust the postal service to do it's job. It is always best to add USPS Tracking, when sending payments this way. It is highly recommended that you use Signature Confirmation for any payments over $100.00 or whatever you are comfortable with. You will have a recorded transaction and will be able to check online when I have received payment. You will, of course, be notified by me when I do receive your payment. I have been selling online for over 15 years and received many payments in the mail and so far, knock on wood, I have not had any problems.

Do you also buy on eBid?

• I most certainly do!
