- Use a small feather duster to lightly brush the leaves and flowers. This will gently loosen dust and, for best results, you should do this at least every 2 weeks or when needed.
- Spray the flowers lightly, from about a foot away, with Endust, Pledge or a silk flower cleaner. You should do this after dusting (see Step 1) and only when dust buildup is significant (e.g., after the flowers have been in storage or in a very dusty environment).
- Wipe off all the leaves and flowers immediately, using a soft dusting cloth. This is necessary if you use Endust or Pledge. If you use a silk flower cleaner, however, you may be able to skip this step or spray some on and leave it.
- Let the silk flowers air-dry completely. Keep them out of pet's reach to prevent shredding and keep them away from direct sunlight, which could cause fading.
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours from the time the order is received and cleared in our paypal account. If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday your order will be shipped on Tuesday since Monday will be the actual processing day.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of items' receipt. Please contact us before shipping an item back. Items must be in the same, re-saleable condition as it was received, along with all original packaging. Return shipping is buyer’s responsibility.
