Vintage White & Pink Colored Runner 12x22" BIG flowers with touches of pink

I went to a wonderful estate auction last week and found a gorgeous group of runners. You name it, I found it there, needlelace, crochet, and beautiful embroidered runners with crochet edges. Most are in good shape, a few are cutters but people love those for crafts too

Beautiful runner made of heavy cotton crochet in white and pink. This is definitely soft and cushy instead of crisp and stiff. Shows how different a pattern will look if made with thin or heavy threads.

Size: 13x22" (rectangular shape)

Design: squares that are joined to form excellent five petaled flowers. To add a bit of variety, the crocheter added five pink circles.

Fiber: nice quality cotton threads. This is soft and thick.

Color: Very pretty white and pink colored thread.

Special features: every loves pink.

Condition: Very good for its age. No rips, tears or damage. Has been stored for 50+ years so needs a quick wash and spritz of starch.

Just perfect for a retro 1950s home and so versatile. Would be beautiful on your chair or sofa back (the authenic 50s way of using these), buffet, or in center of dining table.
