Found a few really nice older pieces of unframed but stitched embroidery pieces at a recent auction. I will list all separately.

Nice sized 18x23" very very light cream colored linen background with cotton embroidery threads in embroidery stitches.

Design: sweet mama koala with two babes in a big tree. Lots of leaves, branches and details. Right down to their little toes!

Not sure of age, maybe 1960s or so Nicely designed and stitched too. Does not appear to be part of a kit, I can't see any of the characteristic blue ink guidelines under the stitching! Very fine quality linen and excellent details on this one..

Would make a beautiful pillow, tapestry/wall hanging, framed picture etc.

Colors: very very light cream color (beige w/ faint yellow tinge) with brown, and green threads. Touch of black for accents.

Condition: very good for its age. Look unused. No rips, tears or smudges. Needs a spray and some stretching on a board, bed, or foam to make the stitches pop and make it smooth for framing. Easy peasy.

Beautiful and Perfect gift for someone who collects all things Australian. Big enough to make a nice poster sized picture with some matting.
