Auction Description

Eight  Pieces Vintage Cotton Doilies  -  Dark Cream Colored Crochet 8" doilies in star shape

Sweet little batch for decorating any old spot in your home

NOTE: second items ship FREE!   See banner for latest sales info!

I went to several estate sales in this last week and got some beautiful linens.

Eight very sweet and beautiful doilies in this set of matching doilies (one is slightly larger by 1").

Darker cream color, all matching except one that is a smidge larger than the other doilies, 9" versus 8".  Shape?  I think it looks like a star or a pointed pie, with a very pretty triangle made up of picots nestled into the points.  This forms a picot edge that also adds a very nice touch.

These are made with fine thread and are crisp.

Fiber: unmarked,  cotton threads

Age:  Probably 1940s 1950s

Condition:  very good for their age.  No rips, tears or damage.  No smudging.

Pretty little group for decorating a few pretty little places in your home.

IMPORTANT:  For USA buyers, second item ships free and free insurance for any item(s) over $20.  Confirmation included.  International buyers: I charge only postage, no handling, and ship most items Airmail (up to 4 lbs).  With heavier packages I like to ship Priority International.  Any questions, just ask; I have been shipping to  many overseas customers for more than  6 years with few problems.

International buyers welcome, but payment by Paypal only (contact me if a problem).

DON"T FORGET THE GREAT MONTHLY SALE -- SEE BANNER FOR DETAILS!!!
