Payments:

Payments via PayPal only.  You can easily use your credit card or bank transfer via PayPal without paying any transaction fees.  No local pick up.

We accept all major Credit Card and e-Check payments through PayPal.  Transactions via e-Check may take several days to clear and won items will be processed and shipped after the payment(s) have cleared.

Unpaid Item Policy:

Payment(s) need to be received within 4 days after the auction ends.  If not, an unpaid item reminder case will be filed via e-Bid or PayPal.  You have another 4 days to make your payment after receiving the unpaid item reminder case.  If you failed to do so, you will receive an unpaid strike.  No exceptions! 

Shipping & Handling:

We prefer USPS shipping for domestic shipments because it is the most reliable. If the purchaser would like a different shipping option, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you. On all our shipping, a tracking number is available and for items sold over $30.00, signature confirmation will be sent on all packages!  There is no combined shipping for multiple items won at this time.

We only ship to confirmed addresses. We do not ship to P.O Box addresses.   Insurance is an available option upon request via final invoice. 

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your cleared payment.

Delivery time may vary within 5 to 12 business days from the date of payment due to carrier transit time, especially during peak holiday periods, and depending on your shipping location or zone. We always attempt to ship the item(s) in a timely manner; we cannot be held responsible if shipments are delayed by carrier.

All purchases placed on Friday night or during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

There are additional charges for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and any area outside the continental U.S.  Please wait for final invoice for these shipping corrections to appear!  Sales tax is added to all purchases for each individual state on the final invoice.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses in your PayPal profile. If an item is returned because of address problems, you will need to pay additional shipping.

International Shipping:

Our International shipping terms are USPS airmail service only.  We do not insure International packages.  Please wait for the invoice for the correct shipping & handling charges. We add a $2.00 fee for all international shipments in addition to the actual shipping charges.  

 Payment for international orders must be in either U.S. funds or PayPal. We don't accept credit card payment for international orders. The BUYER is responsible for any fees, duties or other charges on imports. We have no control over duties and fees your country imposes on imports.

Return Policy:

All sales are final.  Refunds will be issued only if you received a grossly misrepresented item.  No refund or exchange for any of the following reasons: “you don’t like it”, “item does not meet your expectation”, "size does not fit", etc. 

If you are unsure about an item, please ask before buying and not after as returns are not accepted.  Do not ask to keep an item and get a refund; this will NOT happen.  Returns must be received within seven days of purchasing but return shipping IS buyer’s responsibility and MUST contain tracking information.  After the seven days, returns will not be given nor will refunds! Again, we do returns only if an item has been grossly misrepresented!  No returns on Buyer’s remorse! This includes new, used, vintage or antique items.

Please ask questions!!! Assume Nothing! If there are any concerns about an item, please ask.  If more photos or information is needed, send an e-mail via the question system and an answer will be forthcoming.  Please ask questions a day or more in advance to an auction ending.  Questions asked hours before an auction closes or even up to a day of that item ending may not get a response in time.

Feedback:

Once the transaction is complete and you have received your order and left us positive feedback, we will reply with positive feedback for you.  We take feedback very seriously.  Please leave positive feedback according to e-Bid policies and we will reciprocate in turn.  Any “slanderous” negative feedback posted will be contested up to the highest authority.  For this reason, we require all buyers to contact us prior to leaving negative feedback and work out issues in a timely and receptive manner.  Negative feedback without prior communication or in cases of buyer remorse, negligence of not reading posting information thoroughly, or any other buyer circumstance where they failed to adhere to policies will be disputed to the highest level and responded in kind.  We will follow all e-Bid policies and expect our customers to do the same.  We also expect our customers to follow our policies.   

Please note shipping times for your area before leaving a negative or neutral feedback.  Items shipping out of continental USA to Hawaii or Alaska can take weeks before receiving, but we do ship within 48 hours of payment and cannot control shipping time, so please do not hold that against us.  Once feedback is received, we consider the sale complete and will return feedback.
