Treasure the Past
Martyn Johnson's love of metal detecting came about as a result of finding about 3,000 Roman coins in a builders trench. All this was about 55 years ago and since then he has written magazine articles, given many talks and had a programme on Radio Sheffield which ran for about 4 years.
