Although we have posted all over our description that this is not a DVD but a Backer Collector Card, we still get people who buy them without reading the description at all.

If you buy it and then realize that is not a DVD we are sorry no returns and if no payment is made we will file a non-paying bidder with eBay. We do not make any money on these cards and after eBay fees, Vendio Fees, Program Manager Fees, and PayPal Fees the rest goes to the Cystic Fibrosis foundation. These are not like our other sales therefore if you can not tolerate the fact that you do not want to lose $1.45 then leave us a negative but since this money is going to help find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis you should think of it as a donation.

If you want your Backer card framed then once you purchase send us an email and we will send you the correct invoice for $19.99

We ship cards out within 5 business days after payment has been made and cleared. We ship USPS Parcel, do not ask us to ship it a different way. Your item will take some time to arrive. Give your item 7-10 business days to arrive after you receive our email stating we have shipped your item. We do not supply tracking numbers, unless the items has not arrived within 10 business days. If you ask for a tracking number before that time we will not reply. Although we prefer to make the sale, If you do not agree or accept our terms and conditions then do not purchase item from us. We rather have a buyer who fully understands our terms and is happy with their purchase than an unhappy buyer.

We will leave you feedback after you leave us feedback. Instead of us doing automatic feedback we like to individualize the buyers feedback instead of given a generic one. I HAVE PUT THE ITEM UNDER POSTCARDS AND COLLECTABLES, I HAVE HIGHLIGHTED ALL THE WORDS THAT SAY CARD, I PUT HUGE BIG BOLD LETTERS SAYING THIS IS NOT A DVD AND I EVEN PUT A RECORDING THAT IS LOOPED SAYING THIS IS NOT A DVD. I STILL GET PEOPLE THAT DO NOT CARE TO READ OR LISTEN TO RECORDING. I CURRENTLY HAD A DOUBLE LUNG TRANSPLANT AND SUFFER FROM CF MYSELF. I CANNOT CONTINUE TO WRITE BACK EVERYDAY TO 4 TO 6 BUYERS WHO SAY THEY THOUGHT THEY WERE BUYING A DVD. THESE ARE ALL BUYERS WHO FELT THE NEED TO HIT THE BUY IT NOW AND NOT CARE TO READ. ALL THE PROCEEDS FROM THE SALES OF THE BACKER CARDS GO THE CYSTIC FIBROSIS FOUNDATION.
