Found some fabulous books this month at an estate auction, and a few rummage sales

Beautiful hardcover 2000 book shaped sort of like a baseball. Take me out to the Ballpark - an illustrated tour of basebal parks past and present. Author: Josh Leventhal. Features every major league park/stadium past and present, and famous minor league AND Negro league parks too. Excellent photos, lots and lots of stats.

Excellent book with gorgeous black and white early photos, and color pictures too.

Condition: very good for being ten years old. No writing or marking. No rips or tears. Only bad news is that the book is big with one long curved line in place of a square corner. This outsized edge has some dings on it, including a 1/4" dent on both front and back cover approximately in center of the top edge. Looks like this big rounded edge was jammed into a few small bookcases so got roughed up, dinged, and has some scuffed places.  Pages clean and crisp. No damage to pages, photos crisp and beautiful. A spot of glue from an old tag on front cover, easily removed with a bit of elbow grease.

Excellent baseball ballpark guide, past and present including the Negro league parks and players from before WWII. A bit of dinging on covers, but expected when they are shaped like big round baseballs!
