This is one of the many classic cookbooks issued by the Chicago Illinois based the Culinary Arts Institute of America Cookbook published in 1956, with 68 pages.    Includes 161 recipes from America's Most Famous Cooking School.  The number on this one is #119 in the series.

These cookbooks have been around for a long time and were very popular when introduced in the 1940s.  Popular with collectors today too.  You will sometimes see these in a thick binder, that is like gold if you can find it complete.  The Institute published these little cookbooks on all sorts of interesting subjects, Swedish, Irish, Italian cooking, cooking meats, fish, poultry, desserts, summertime cooking etc etc etc.
