The CD contains records of thousands upon thousands of people listed in the trancript that were included in the ancient Subsidy return of 1524.
Subsidy returns are of great value to genealogists and historians since they show the residence of people, the value of their assessment and the amount of tax contributed by each, whether on their land or their goods.
If your ancestor was a landowner in Suffolk during 1524 then they are likely to be listed in this return which formed the basis of taxation at the time.
Poor people who did not own land would not appear in the list.
Only one copy is available so once the cd is sold I will not be able to offer more.

Buyers from countries outside the UK should contact the seller before bidding to agree a price for postage to the relevant country.
Post and packing costs are calculated to cover the cost to the seller, not to add to the profit margin, hence they are amongst the cheapest on E Bid.
