You are looking at a rare card from the Decipher Star Trek Customizable Card Game. This card is from the Alternate Universe Expansion Set, released in 1995. It is the black-bordered Mission card FGC-47 Research! All of my cards up for sale have never been played, are basically pack fresh and in mint to near mint condition, perfect for a collector trying to complete a set or a player building a deck!
