This is Volume 2 No 1 of the magazine from May 1983, it has 35 pages, all illustrations are Black & White.In this issue: Beekeeping - The Swarm, Water for Animals, Australian Natural Goatkeeping, The History & Development of Machine Milking.
Condition
This issue of the magazine, is in a pretty good condition for its age,as can be seen from the image.
About the Magazine:
Smallholder Magazine was first published in 1910, as an A4 Newsheet, it was revived in 1982 by Kris Publishing, under the title of Goatkeeper & Smallholder, the title changed to Smallholder Incorporating Goatkeeper in April 1983.The editor since 1987 has been Liz Wright, the magazine is still published as Smallholder as part of the Newsquest Media Group.
