Found a case of excellent sheet music at an auction this week. All from same estate and all in pretty darn good condition for being from the 1920s, 1930s, 1940s and 1950s. Beautiful photographs and graphics too. Lots of color and design; silly to say sheet music is pretty but the photographs are so great on these!!.

What to do with this "stuff"? Well, I have a small half bath that I have decorated with early 1900 to 1930s sheet music. I used inexpensive frames you can find at Joanne or Michaels just a sheet of glass, a board and clips so frames in about 30 seconds. I do have a few matted and framed, one is Fanny Brice, and that is gorgeous; you can go less expensive, or more expensive with framing.

Colors: grey, light purple, and creamy white.

Design: large photo of star in ballet outfit.

Five numbered pages (covers and two sided insert).

Published by T.B. Harms Music Corp, NY.

Special features: sweet ballet picture in light purple color. Advertisement on back of cover for another Sally musical hit, and one more familiar, "Look for the silver lining".

Condition: FAIR for its age. Spine is repaired with black tape, scuffing on cover and probably slight fading. Slight folding of corners and discoloration of page papers as what comes with being stored for 80+ years.

This will be plastic bagged, wrapped in cardboard and put into a sturdy envelope so that it arrives safely.
