- Refund Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the stamps for any reason whatsoever at your cost and risk. A full refund of the cost of the stamps (excluding the shipping and handling charges) will be made once the stamps have been safely returned to me in the same condition as they were sent out.
- Postage, packing & handling to be paid for by buyer. Please note that I am based in England and all amounts stated are in GB£.
- Postage and packing :
- UK: Royal Mail First Class £0.75 (up to 100gms)
- Overseas Standard Airmail Postage: Europe £1.00; Worldwide £2.00 ( up to 40gms)
- For weights over the above please enquire.
- I am happy to combine postage on items bought at the same time, and up to the total weights shown above. I usually ship within 3 days from receiving payment so if you are bidding on multiple items then please email me and advise and I will hold delivery for 7 days to save postage. Please wait for final invoice with total postage before paying if combining items.
- I obtain a Certificate of Posting for all items sent, however this is for my own benefit. If an item is lost a copy of the certificate will be supplied and it will be your responsibility to seek compensation with Royal Mail.

- Definitions:
- Mint - These stamps are in perfect as issued condition and have not been mounted or used.
- Mint Hinged ( Mounted Mint ) - the stamps will show signs of a hinge or mount and there may still be a hinge or mount remnant
- Fine Used – the stamps will usually have a circular postmark, or a light postmark that does not detract from the overall stamp.
- Used – the stamps will have a heavier or smudged postmark
- Used Filler – these stamps will generally be higher values or rarer issues , but may have very heavy post mark, or slight imperfections, ( creased, clipped, corner missing etc.) However they are useful to fill gaps in albums until a better quality stamp can be found.
- I always leave feedback. Feedback will be left upon receipt of your feedback confirming that you have received the item and it is to your satisfaction.
- Please contact me if anything is not to your satisfaction rather than leave negative feedback, as that does not resolve anything. Please let others know if you are satisfied.
