Found some wonderful books this week at an estate sale. Excellent cookbooks. All in beautiful condition unless noted.

Excellent soft covered book from 1960s with 26 pages, by the Kohl's Food stores in the Milwaukee area and US Dept. of Interior. No date printed but Stewart L. Udall was Secretary of Dept starting in 1961, so that gives us some idea as to date it was printed.

Kohl's food stores gives information on buying fish, different types of fish, ways it can be cooked, etc. Nice recipes for various types of fish and lots of color pictures too.

Includes recipes for:

baked stuffed fish w/ bread stuffing
poached fish w/ egg sauce
broiled fillets or steaks
broiled pan-dressed fish
BBQ fillets or steaks
baked stuffed fillets or steaks
baked stuffed pan dressed fish
planked fillets or steaks
deep fat fried fish portions
pan fried pan dressed fish
oven fried pan dressed fish
simple seafood salad
Manhattan fish chowder
and much more.

Condition: good condition for its age 50+ years. Cover is scuffed front and back, and has some folds to the corners and wear to the spine. Looks well used which is a good thing for recipe books. Pages crisp and clean,
