Found a huge batch of these wonderful advertising cookbooks from long long ago at a recent auction.

This one is 15 pages, published in the late 1920s or early 1939 , by the King Midas Mill Company, Handbook of Baking. Quite small and covered in a paper cover, this was published by the mills Home Economics Dept in Minneapolis Minn.

Has some advertising, backcover ad reads "the highest priced flour in America and worth all it costs". Not too snappy! Their motto was "the golden touch".

Beautiful cookbook with soft cover, in beautiful shape for being 80+ years old.   A miracle this little booklet survived all these years in good shape except for a discolored cover.

Wonderful flour give-a-way from 1920 or 1930s.  Maybe tucked in the flour sack?  Packed with recipes for baking, this is a little gem.

Condition:  very good for its age. No rips, tears or damage. No writing or marking. Pages are discolored from age, sort of an ivory shade and the back cover had the corner folded over so this corner is now lighter (corner is ok with just a crease now).

Wonderful little cookbook with all those recipes for all manner of baking.
