This is an english translation published by the United States Atomic Energy Commission. Publication number: AEC-tr-2873. Unclassified. It is Quarto in size (11” x 8 ½”) with 456 pages. There is slight age browning to the endpapers and also has the previous owners name at the top of the front endpaper – otherwise the interior is clean and the binding is solid. This is a hardcover with deep red vinyl covered boards.
