I have a little independent store in my neighborhood that belongs to no chainstore and buys what it wants.  They do come up with a delightful assortment of things, and had these beautiful beaded clutch purses/bags.  All are new, with tags, three are small clutches as you see here, the other two are framed bags with two different handles, beaded and chain. 

 All are beautifully beaded, which might mean they are older store stock as newer ones from China are a bit skimpy with beads and workmanship.  I will list all separately.

Beautiful red beaded clutch with a silvertone frame that snaps securely closed.  Measures 5"  across at top of frame and 6 1/2" at bottom.   From tip of frame to bottom of bag is 5".  Beads look like #11 seed beads in a  clear red, and bugle beads, which are the tube shaped beads.  Excellent beads, they are clear bead, with NO irridescent, so are shiney but with no other colors (like a soapbubble would have). 

Red was a little hard to photograph, I would describe this as a bright clear Christmas red.  Very dark and rich.  First picture is right on for color as is the picture will my fingers holding the handle, rest are not true to color.

 Inside is lined with red satin, with one small inside pocket.  Snap frame opens wide (see photo) and this has very soft full body so will fold a bit more than the other bags pictured.   

You get two neat handles  with this one:  A beaded on that is 11" from tip to tip, with can be tucked into bag and a chain that clips onto the frame, measuring 46" tip to tip.  Beaded handle is so pretty, it is made up of huge beads maybe 1" that are covered with red beads.  Unusual and very smart.  This is attached right to the frame via two little metal tabs that allow handle to be used or tucked into bag.  Only problem with chain is I am not sure how it is supposed to fasten to bag, maybe on the inside tabs?  I will let you figure that out!

I have clutch bags in three gorgeous colors (pink, red, black).  If you have some older grand daughters or daughters, these would be perfect, and you get to keep the black one for yourself.  If you have more girls, I have two other purses, with frames in red and white.  Five in total.

Design:  very delicate looking and pretty.  Design of beads of random, sort of.  Looks like three little seed beads and a bugle in a group, expand that times thousands and that is design.  However the bottom is sweet, it is rows of seed beads in a wide band that covers bottom of of the bag.  Beaded beads on short handle is unusual and skillfully done.

This one, because of the frame and soft body will hold a  bit more than the flat clutches.  I can see a coin purse, credit card holder, compact, lipstick and keys plus your lacy hankie (I sell them too).

Condition: very good, unused with tags in original plastic bags.  No rips, tears or missing beads.
