They claim "We aim to deliver to European destinations within three working days and worldwide within five". This is the time from when we have posted it, and as stated above, this is intended to be within 3 working days.

Customers Outside The European Union

This section only applies to potential customers outside the European Union.

We are willing to sell this product to customers outside the European Union, however this may incur additional customs charges and taxes which you may need to pay on receipt. We are not familiar with these charges which you may need to pay, as they vary depending on the destination country.  We are not familiar with all laws and import taxes worldwide, and additional charges provided by all the destination delivery companies. Therefore you are responsible, prior to bidding, for finding out what these fees are. Please do not ask us to investigate this, as it is too time consuming, and you know your country and native language (unless it is English) better than we do and can easily find this out by contacting your local post office. The import tax might be approximately 20% in some countries.

We will honestly declare the value of the goods in quantities of the item price in GBP. We are a law abiding company and are not willing to mark packages "gifts" etc to defraud tax organisations, which is illegal. Please do not make such requests as they will be ignored.
