Medical ID Dog Tag Necklace

Free Engraving

This is a Medical Aluminum ID Dog Tag necklace. It has a medical symbol with medical problem stated on one side and I will engrave your info on the other side. This one has diabetic on it but you can have what you need on it, this one is just a sample to see what it looks like. Comes with a 24" or 30" chain and a black silencer.

These are an in stock item I carry and I do the engraving with a computerized rotary engraver.

Hello, I can get up to 5 lines and depending on how small a font I use I can get up to approximately 22 letters per line. Thanks for asking, Puckerbrush
