These batteries are ideal replacements for wristwatches, laser pointers, calculators and other applications.

I will happily combine multiple purchases into one shipment to save you paying excessive postage costs (See Below).

If you buy/bid for multiple items DO NOT MAKE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT!

Instead contact me to inform me of your multiple purchases and I will send you a customised invoice that will take account of the cheaper postage costs, if applicable.

Returns:

Change of mind:

If you feel the product is not to your requirements then you have seven working days from receiving the item to return it for either an exchange, for a like product, or a refund.

The product, product packaging/paperwork must be intact and unblemished.

Before returning a faulty item, please consult with us first before attempting any return.

For any exchanges then you will also be liable for all postage costs i.e. for the return of the product to us and for us to supply you with an exchanged product. Any payments due will need to be paid to us prior to our return of the like product.

For any refunds then you will be reimbursed the full product price minus postage/packing cost and Paypal fee from the original sale.

It is highly recommended that you send the item insured as no exchanges/refunds will be considered in the event of loss in the postal system.

Faults:

If the product is faulty then you must inform us as soon as possible i.e. within a reasonable time period.

The fault must be due to ‘dead on arrival’ or normal wear and tear, therefore, not through abuse or use out of context.

Before returning a faulty item, please consult with us first before attempting any return.

In the event of an item being faulty, then you have the choice of either an exchange or a refund. All costs will be covered by us including all reasonable costs incurred by you, the customer, in returning the item.

You will be reimbursed for postage costs at the time of sending the exchanged item to you or during the full refund.
