Found some wonderful books this week at an estate sale. Excellent cookbooks. All in beautiful condition unless noted.

Excellent soft covered book from 1988 with 96 pages, by the Kingsford ProductsCompany.

Interesting history of this company. Henry Ford, who invented the Model T car, hated waste of any kind. In his Michigan framing shop (cars then had wooden frame), he saw all the bits and pieces of boards being thrown away. He did not like it. After much experiementation, he chopped the wood pieces finely, converted to charcola, ground into a power and cmpressed into the briquets. These were actually sold thru the car dealerships!!!

Wonderful recipes for fish, meat, poultry, dips, salads, and sauces with a metal spiral binding and thicker cardboard covers.

Condition: very good condition for its age. Very light smudging on covers. Some wear to spine and edges, expected at its age. No writing or marks. Pages slightly discolored from age.

Excellent cookbook for collecting. And the recipes are super good too.
