Sellers Policy:

The seller wants to be clear yet reasonable with this policy. So, please have a look at the following lines. Contact the seller if you have questions!

WARRANTY :

Seller is trying to be as accurate as possible with the item description, although it is possible to overlook something at the time of listing.

All “USED item ” listings are sold “AS IS ”. “NO WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED! ”

On used items there are in general no funds available to cover the cost of warranty services. The manufactures warranty is usually not transferable to third parties and the listing price has been significantly reduced from retail value. Keep in mind that a used item sale does not reflect any profits. It merely clears some space in the shack.

All “NEW ITEM” listings are declared as "UNUSED" and warranted for a 30 Day period from delivery date against workmanship and component failure.

If the item fails to operate as promised, you can request a refund of the purchase price (Shipping Excluded) or exchange of the item.

If you are unsure about an item or the shown image is not clear, please ask questions before bidding. Usually the seller will respond in timely manner.

RETURNS :

Seller does not have a “return policy ” in place; therefore no returns are accepted unless the item description does not match the item you received at all. In the case of “NO MATCH AT ALL”  please return the item within 14 days after you received the item for a purchase refund or item rectification. If it turns out to be the sellers mistake, seller will even refund the shipping charges. This does not apply to signs of use that had been overlooked or is not described.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDING :

“SORRY FOLKS OUTSIDE THE USA ”, the seller will  NOT list or allow bids outside the USA . Due to complex Import / Export laws, restriction and regulations it is extremely time consuming to me to ship international. Also, individuals with intent of fraud, would most likely get away with fraud. I am aware that most international bidder do not have the intent of fraud, however to allow those individuals access, it would mean that the less honest individuals would also gain access, outbid others without the intent to ever pay or pay from Malaysia and want the item to be shipped to Africa, after shipment requesting charge backs.  Whatever they had in mind?

PAYMENTS :

The high bidder is expected to pay after auction closing. All items sold, will be shipped as soon as payment is confirmed and the shipping address matches the buyer. “The primary method of payment is GOOGLE Checkout”.   We will not charge the associated fee. If you wish to pay by other means, please contact the seller before bidding .

If the buyer has not made payment after 5 days and several attempts to cantact the buyer, it is assumed that the buyer never intented to purchase the item. The member ID used, will receive negative feedback as non-payer and the item will be re-listed.

SHIPPING :

Because of legal issues, seller can not ship to an unconfirmed buyers address if PAYPAL was used to pay.  Shipping charges are estimated as close to the real cost as possible. Seller does not believe in selling low and charge tremendous shipping and handling fees to make up for it. On most items, there is no handling fee.

Shipping damages must be claimed by the buyer with the carrier, either with or without shipping insurance. Other than proper packing, the seller has no influence during transition and can’t accept damage claims.

Seller will pack the item(s) reasonably safe for shipment.  

Default method to ship items is USPS, however Seller is able to ship via UPS by request.

FEEDBACK:

Feedback will be accordingly. The feedback will be based on facts and not emotions. We assume that you know what you are doing . If you have placed a bid, it becomes a binding contract as much to you as it is to us and either party must follow through with it, unless you get struck by financial hardship. In such a case a mutual bid retraction would be reported. In the unlike event that the item has already shipped, the cost of return shipment is the responsibility of the buyer. Financial hardship does NOT mean “Ooops, I spent too much elsewhere, have no money left to pay for my Internet purchase and my paycheck is still 2 weeks away!”
