Paramount picture with Maurice Chevalier and unidentified lady!

Found a case of excellent sheet music at an auction this week. All from same estate and all in pretty darn good condition for being from the 1920s, 1930s, 1940s and 1950s. Beautiful photographs and graphics too. Lots of color and design; silly to say sheet music is pretty but the photographs are so great on these!!.

What to do with this "stuff"? Well, I have a small half bath that I have decorated with early 1900 to 1930s sheet music. I used inexpensive frames you can find at Joanne or Michaels just a sheet of glass, a board and clips so frames in about 30 seconds. I do have a few matted and framed, one is Fanny Brice, and that is gorgeous; you can go less expensive, or more expensive with framing.

This is from the 1929 Paramount Picture "Innocents of Paris" with handsome French actor/singer Maurice Chevalier. Photos of him and no name lady on the cover!!

Colors: aqua blue, deep purple, and creamy white.

Design: beautiful photo of Maurice Chevalier (circa 1929) with a beautiful unnamed lady with cloche hat (I probably spelled that wrong) and spit curls.

Five numbered pages (covers and two sided insert).

Special features: in just beautiful shape for its age!! This would be a real beauty framed.

Condition: good for its age. NO split on bottom spine, slight scuffing on cover, slight wear to edges. The second (loose) page has a frayed edge (see photo). Slight folding of corners and discoloration of page papers.

This will be plastic bagged, wrapped in cardboard and put into a sturdy envelope so that it arrives safely.
