Condition: very good for its age (30+ years). Slight wear to lower edges of cover and right lower corners. Shallow dents to upper spine and rippling of edge (from use). Pages slightly discolored from age. No writing or damage to pages.

Excellent classic cookbook for collectors. And it is first printing too.
