Found some wonderful books this week at an estate sale. Excellent cookbooks. All in beautiful condition unless noted.

Excellent hardcovered book from 1992, with 127 pages, by the Hershey's Chocolate companyPublished by Smithmark. These are recipes for using Hershey products from the 1930s but brought up to date for modern kitchens.

Excellent photos give you a sense of the era, and there are sure plenty of recipes to give you a taste of the old chocolate too.
