Payment

We accept a wide option on payment.

Payment must be settling within 5 days of auction end or please notify us if you have multiple items. Please do not bid if you are not intending to buy. Unpaid dispute will be filed to eBid for the non-payable bidders except getting buyer's updated news.

If you are bidding for more items, please ignore the automatic payment reminders for individual items. Make your payment after you receive the combined invoice.

Shipping Terms

All items will be shipped within 24- 48 hours upon payment cleared during business days. All our items will be ship to buyer's registered address except buyer leave note refer to the new address when completing the payment; please confirm your address on eBid before you bid our item.

For international orders, due to geographical distance, you may not receive the item in an ideal short time, we make sure that you are compensated by our great price; also, items are dispatched as quickly as possible

It normally takes 7-30 working day s to World; actual delivery time depends on the destination you live. Delivery time lasts approx.

A) United States: 7-20 business days

B) United Kingdom，Australia，Canada: 10-25 business days

C) Spain, France, Germany: 15-30 business days.

D) Other countries: not more than 30 business days.

Due to security reason, we reserve the right not to send items to unconfirmed address or some countries.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Important : you must agree with our shipping and handling charges before bidding, particularly for combined shipping buyer, please kindly to understand that shipping and handling charge is not only the postage, it also includes the freight charge from our warehouse to the post office, the wrapping and handling cost.

Warranty And Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. All items have one month warranty. This warranty covers repair or replacement of defective products. If you have a defective item which you wish to return or exchange, please contact us within 3 business days from the date you receive the shipment.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges on any returned items. We will make a replacement depends on our available stock. Defective items must be returned within 20 days from the day you report the problem. All returns must be intact. Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted warranty coverage. If the replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method.
