LEFTON - GREEN HERITAGE - dinner plate MINT ?

9" GREEN HERITAGE DINNER PLATE by LEFTON. It has lovely pink roses inside and gold trim around the scalloped edge.
It has the gold crown used 1979+, a red with silver Lefton label used 1967 - 1992 and the number 3069 on the bottom.
This appears to be in EXCELLENT (MINT or NEAR MINT) condition as I can find no chips, cracks, crazing or gold loss.
